Just copy the original DOSBox config file and rename it (nfig) and alter the settings you want and then either have your shortcut tell DOSBox to use the custom config file or you make a batch file (.BAT) to do it. Also I follow everything with -exit so it automatically exits after I exit BB. I am also using a custom config file for DOSBox to run Bloodbowl at 18000 cycles per sec as well as altering a few other config settings for the emulator.

The file path I used in my shortcut is "C:\Program Files (x86)\DOSBox-0.74\DOSBox.exe" "C:\Program Files (x86)\DOSBox-0.74\oldgames\Blood\BB.EXE" I have all my DOS games in a folder named 'oldgames' which is inside my DOSBox-0.74 folder. Then save the empty notepad file to BB.inf and it should run. Then open BB.inf with notepad and select all then delete. Both boxes include enough miniatures to field a team as well as some game balls, team tokens, turn markers, and a transfer sheet.Put Blood folder in a subfolder of DOSBox and use a shortcut with file path to DOSBox in quotes followed by file path to BB.exe. Middenheim Mauler's players are a mix of Human, Dwarf, and Halflings. Underworld Denizens features Skaven and goblin teammates. Of the three teams discussed in Spike Issue 9, GW has put together two great starting sets for Underworld Denizens and Middenheim Maulers, saving you a lot of time, effort, and money. Spike issue 9 is also available as a digital download from Warhammer Digital. As usual, the look and feel are reminiscent of Football magazines and game programs. We also a star play spotlight for each team as well as playbook strategies. The overview includes rule updates for the Chaos All-Stars, Underworld Denizens, and Middenheim Maulers. Now up to Issue 9, it breaks from tradition by looking at three hybrid teams rather than a single one.
